Right of withdrawal
If you bought an album plan or packs and changed your mind, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 10 calendar days, at no cost and without needing to justify it (Argentine Consumer Law 24.240, art. 34, and Res. 424/2020). Fill out the form and we'll process the cancellation and any applicable refund.
Note: refunds do not apply to digital content already consumed (for example, packs you've already opened), per the legal exception. For all other cases, we'll process the refund promptly.
